The National Congress of Entomology and Emerging Agrotechnologies (NCEEA-2025) served as a premier platform addressing critical challenges in entomology, agriculture, and agrotechnology. The conference brought together experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss emerging pest management strategies, sustainable farming practices, and climate-smart innovations, including AI, precision agriculture, and biotechnology. It also highlighted biodiversity conservation, food security, and agritech investments, fostering collaboration for resilient and climate-smart agriculture.


The three-day conference featured over 100 delegates, including 60 experts from premier institutions such as the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), NRIIPM, IIT Jammu, and universities from South India, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Assam, and Maharashtra. On the second day, 31 outstanding researchers, academicians, students, and industry professionals from institutions like IARI, BHU, SKUAST-K, PAU, Central University of Bihar, AAU, IUST, MPUAT, and TNAU were honored for their pioneering work in entomology, pest management, biotechnology, and sustainable agriculture.
Mohammad Alyas Khan, Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, graced the ceremony as the chief guest, applauding the initiative for bridging the gap between academia, policymakers, and farming communities. In a ceremonial highlight, he unveiled the souvenir and magazine of the Entomological Science Academy, symbolizing the confluence of research and dissemination of knowledge.
